Easy Consulting

Commission for the Control of Interpol’s Files (CCF) is not a court but a supervisory body with its own procedures, standards, and established practice. 7 years of work by our partners inside the Commission have given us unique insider knowledge. We know what leads to success and what leads to refusal.

Why us

WHY CHOOSE EASY CONSULTING

Partners with Direct CCF Experience

Our partners bring a combined 7 years of service within the CCF and over a decade of specialized practice in INTERPOL matters. This internal knowledge shapes every strategy we develop, allowing us to anticipate the Commission's concerns and understand why so many submissions are rejected. The firm is registered with the Marseille Bar and operates under strict professional secrecy.

One of the World's Few Dedicated INTERPOL Specialists

Easy Consulting belongs to an elite group of law firms that focus exclusively on INTERPOL. We do not handle general criminal defense, extradition, or compliance—our sole practice is CCF proceedings. This single-minded dedication ensures that every case receives the depth of analysis that only a hyper-specialized practice can provide.

A Proven and Verifiable Track Record

Our results before the CCF are documented, including successful removals and temporary blockings of Red Notices requested by multiple countries. Our experience spans cases involving both Articles 2 and 3 of INTERPOL's Constitution.

Clear, Predictable Fee Structures

All fees are confirmed in writing before any work begins. We use fixed fees wherever possible; hourly billing is used only in exceptional circumstances where a fixed fee is not practical. No vague estimates, no surprise invoices.

PROCESS

OUR CCF ENGAGEMENT PROCESS

We follow a clear, two-phase process: an initial, no-obligation assessment, followed by a structured filing and resolution phase after the engagement letter is signed.
