Case No. 13 Тип кейса: INTERPOL Data Access / CCF Request

Private Individual, Caucasus

Case outcome:

The Commission (CCF) issued a favorable decision: the client's data was permanently and irrevocably deleted from Interpol's databases.

Brief anonymized summary:

The client initiated a review process with Interpol to clarify his status within international databases. The legal team prepared and submitted a formal request to Interpol's Commission for the Control of Files (CCF). The CCF Secretariat fully granted the request and deleted the client's information from all international wanted-person databases.

Case No. 10 Тип кейса: Extradition / Asylum

Private Individual, CIS

Case outcome:

Extradition fully denied. The client was granted international protection status in Europe.

Brief anonymized summary:

The client faced the threat of extradition requested by the authorities of his home country. Following a successful resolution of the extradition dispute in a European court, the international legal team built a strategy to secure subsidiary protection (Protezione Sussidiaria). This mechanism was chosen as the most reliable route to establishing lawful residency status and preventing the risk of extradition from other jurisdictions.

Case No. 1

Defense of a Client Subject to an International Manhunt

A national of an Eastern European country approached us while under investigation in a case related to a traffic accident. Despite the complexity of the situation and the existence of an international wanted-person alert, our team developed a comprehensive legal defense strategy.

Over several months, we prepared the materials needed to secure international protection and arranged for the client's legalization in a third country. In parallel, we worked to challenge the international alert and engaged with the competent authorities.

Within under a year, we secured a favorable decision from Interpol, had the restrictions lifted, ended the international alert, and enabled the client to travel and reside lawfully outside his country of origin.

Case No. 2

Extradition Refused and Data Deleted from International Databases

A foreign national was detained upon entering a European Union country based on an international alert. Immediately following the detention, our team joined the defense alongside local counsel.

Legal positions and supporting evidence were prepared within a very short timeframe, demonstrating the risk that the client's fundamental rights would be violated if extradited. The court ruled to deny extradition.

Once protected status was secured, work began on the international track of protecting the client's interests. Within a few months, the client's information was deleted from international wanted-person databases and his freedom of movement was fully restored.

Today, the client resides lawfully outside his country of origin and crosses international borders without restriction.
