Required Information

Easy Consulting works with a limited number of cases that meet our criteria for representation. For an initial assessment, please include the following in your message:

  • whether an INTERPOL notice has been issued (with a copy attached if available)
  • the nature of the charges or allegations
  • any court decisions or proceedings (warrants, indictments, court orders)
  • whether extradition has been refused or is currently pending
  • any political dimension or human rights concerns

Without sufficient detail, we are unable to assess the case or confirm whether we are in a position to assist.

All documents are treated as strictly confidential and deleted within 30 days of our assessment if Easy Consulting does not take on the case.

After submission

Every request goes through four stages. Fees are only discussed once we confirm our readiness to take on the case.

Zoom Consultation

if the case falls within our competence, we offer a free 30-minute confidential call to gather further details and confirm whether we are able to assist.

Fee Proposal

following the consultation, Easy Consulting provides a written proposal setting out the terms of engagement and the fixed cost of the work. No hidden fees.

Service Agreement

upon acceptance of the fee proposal, a service agreement defining the scope of work, fee, and limits of the mandate is signed electronically via DocuSign.

Fee Structure

Every case has a clear and predictable fee structure. No hidden costs, no hourly rates, no surprises.

01 Free Consultation

a 30-minute Zoom call at no charge, offered only when the case meets our criteria for representation.

02 Fixed Fee

a single agreed amount for handling the case, set at the outset and not subject to increase.

03 Success Fee

applicable to deletion requests and revision applications. Payable only upon the actual deletion of data from INTERPOL's files.

04 Instalment Payment

the fixed fee can be spread across the stages of the proceedings, making the process more manageable for the client.
